In Unconsented Orders, the end customer has not placed any order with the Meesho , but they have received the product. (Please don't use the word reseller - instead you can say user/miscreants). Order status in our admin panel is "Delivered"

The investigation agent identifies the order as Unconsented Order then raises a ticket.  

  1. User has provided the Order ID & its matching with our admin panel (Order status is delivered). Agent will raise the ticket

Group: Unconsented Group  

Ticket Status: Open

TAT: 72 hrs (Label not required)

Disposition: Unconsented_Order _Complaint_Raised_With_Order_ID
