To receive products update on WhatsApp, you need to subscribe to “WhatsApp Broadcasts” option. To activate this feature, follow these steps:
Go to 'Account'
Click 'WhatsApp Broadcasts' option
In the top right corner, click on the slider
WhatsApp broadcast feature is now active
