Make sure your phone has an Internet connection

You need to first, check if you are connected to the Wi-Fi or switch on your mobile data. Further, you can check this by checking if you’re able to open a website in your mobile browser. If you’re unable to open it, please contact your mobile service provider.

  1. Check if Meesho Notifications are enabled

  1. Go to Settings in your phone

  2. Tap on Notifications section to see list of apps

  3. Tap on Meesho app, and see if Notifications are enabled
